How this works ?

We select a meaningful charity that accepts donations in Solana. We create a memecoin by purchasing 10% of the supply with the dev wallet, sell small portions of the supply at specific market cap levels, and immediately send the profits generated to the chosen charity.
Too many charity memecoins have been created, yet the charities themselves didn’t even sell their holdings when they were worth thousands of dollars. This is either because they are too busy helping others, don’t know how to sell, or are afraid of legal repercussions. In other words, only the traders were able to profit from these gains. This needs to change.

Our very first project was dedicated to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
In light of the recent wildfires that devastated parts of the city, many individuals who were already in need now find themselves in an even more critical situation. The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has been working tirelessly to support the most vulnerable during this crisis, which is why we chose to focus our efforts on them.

Resume : For our first launch, we successfully reached our fourth milestone. Unfortunately, due to a lack of support from major KOLs and extremely challenging market conditions, we were unable to achieve the final milestone. This experience led us to rethink our milestone system to ensure we can provide greater benefits to the selected charity without negatively impacting the project’s chart performance.
However, thanks to The Giving Dev and, above all, to all the holders who supported us, we were able to transfer over $3,000 worth of Solana to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank wallets created through The Giving Block. These funds were drawn from the profits generated by the Dev wallet. Additionally, several other generous personal donations were made as part of this effort. We thank everyone who has supported us and those who will support us in the future.

What About the Remaining supply in the Dev Wallet?
The Dev wallet will remain untouched for 30 days after the launch. If no additional market cap targets are reached during this time, the remaining supply will be sold in full and donated to the LA Food Bank.

You can check for yourself the transactions from the previous project and see that we did exactly what we announced at the start. The evidence is easy to find on our website. Our commitment has always been to give what we can to those who need it. We will continue to honor that commitment with ever project we take on.
The previous project has an extremely low market cap. You gave up?
Our projects are ephemeral in nature, relying on the cooperation of the Solana memecoin ecosystem, holders, and KOLs to help us reach the highest market cap targets. However, since this is not a scam, we don't have full control over the supply. In other words, the responsibility for the smooth progression of events is collective. There are many charitable organizations in need of support, and we cannot focus exclusively on just one indefinitely.
I lost money on the previous launch, how can I be sure I won't lose money on the next one?
As with all traded memecoins, some people make money while others lose, that's how the market is designed. In this case, the idea is to redirect as much trading volume as possible towards a good cause. Rather than trading random AI coins or other jokes, you win or lose money by contributing to helping others.
I can also donate directly to charities, so what's the point?
You can absolutely donate directly to charities in crypto or fiat, and we encourage everyone to do so! But let's be honest, most people don't donate to charitable organizations or even think about it.
